Home Visionaries is led by Gary Belk. Gary has always had a keen eye for design and a special talent for discovering the untapped potential in a residential property. As a result, he is also a highly sought-after Renovation Consultant, specializing in residential renovations. Gary has personally developed a different multifaceted project each of the past 18 years. His extensive knowledge and experience in real estate sales, design, architecture, and construction, have helped many clients successfully achieve their aesthetic visions and financial goals.
Bionda van Empel, is a Renovation Consultant and Interior Designer specializing in contemporary modern European design. Her creativity and use of space has given her the ability to find the hidden potential in a broad range of residential properties.
Over the last 10 years Bionda has been applying her skills in a variety of different international markets in Europe, South America, and the United States.
Home Visionaries uses processes and procedures developed over a 30 year period by an award winning design/build firm, Winans Construction, founded in 1978. Gary Belk led this company for several years, and was the visionary behind many award winning design/build projects. He also honed the client services procedures to achieve an incredibly high level of client satisfaction.
