Many think that small projects are easier to plan and complete but it is not always true. If the project involves a kitchen or bathroom there a 100’s of decisions to be made and finishes to choose. Small projects take close supervision and management and can consume as much time as managing a full scale remodel of an entire house. Because budgets are usually smaller on these projects the margin for error is less.
If the advance order items are not onsite when needed the project grinds to a halt and trade contractors (plumbers, electricians, painters, etc) move on to other jobs. Once the items arrive the trade contractors will have to be rescheduled. A simple slip can cause a domino effect on a small project.
These projects are examples of some of our small projects that we’re planned, designed and completed.
