Our client’s were ready for an “adult lifestyle” and sold their single family home where they had raised their two children and purchased two units at the Millennium Tower in San Francisco. We were hired to combine the units into one large penthouse. The combined units have 3000+ square feet with 3 baths, 3 bedrooms, a media room and a huge living/dining area.
